BatchStamp is designed so that we never see your files or your customers' data.

What we collect

Nothing. BatchStamp runs entirely in your web browser. Your PDF and your buyer list are processed locally on your device and are never uploaded to our servers. We operate no database, no file storage, and no analytics on the tool itself.

What we do NOT collect

• Your PDF files
• Your buyer names, emails, or order IDs
• Any account information — there are no accounts
• Cookies used for tracking — we set none

Payments

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as our merchant of record. When you buy a license, Lemon Squeezy collects your payment details and email address under their privacy policy. We receive only your email (to deliver the license) and never your card details.

Server logs

Like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may keep standard technical access logs (IP address, request time) for security and abuse prevention. These logs are not used to profile you and are retained per Cloudflare's standard policy.
