1. What BatchStamp is

BatchStamp is a browser-based tool that adds personalized watermarks and traceable identifiers to PDF documents you own or are licensed to distribute. It is provided as-is, without accounts, and processes all files locally in your browser.

2. License

A one-time purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use BatchStamp for your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the tool itself. The free trial is limited to documents of up to 5 pages.

3. Acceptable use

You may only stamp documents you have the right to modify. You are solely responsible for the content of the files you process and for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction and the terms of any marketplace you sell on (e.g. Etsy, Teachers Pay Teachers).

4. No warranty

BatchStamp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we test the output carefully, watermarking does not guarantee that leaks can be prevented or attributed, and we make no such guarantee. Always keep your own backups of original files.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from BatchStamp is limited to the amount you paid for your license.

6. Refunds

If the tool does not work for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page.
